HD Engine Mounts for 1999.5-2005 GTI, Jetta & New Beetle
 
Autotech has developed two polyurethane inserts for the Golf 4, Jetta 4 and New Beetle "dogbone"
transmission mounts. These high quality bushings replace the soft factory rubber pieces in a matter of minutes and
provide for increased rigidity. They will also greatly improve throttle response and provide a more positive
shifting feel. A must-have for high perfomance street driving or competition.
The other mounts we offer are from Volkswagen Racing® in Germany. They are constructed of a high durometer
(85A Shore) rubber compound for durability in competition.

HD Engine Mounts for 1975-1984 Rabbit, Jetta & Scirocco
A polyurethane front motor mount is available for the Mk1 Rabbit, Scirroco and Jetta and is suited for street or
competition use. It prevents the engine from rocking back-and-forth during acceleration, thus aiding in getting the
power to the ground. Highly recommended for cars with exhaust modifications.
The passenger side mount is a factory mount from the Turbo Diesel. This mount features a harder rubber
construction than the original mount found in gas engine models and helps to alleviate engine rocking.
