Autotech's new billet aluminum fuel rail for Mk4 1.8T models represents yet
another first in VW tuning. The SportTuned Fuel Rail is the first one-piece VW rail
to integrate the pressure regulator. It is a purpose-built 1.8T rail, machined from
billet 6061-T6 aluminum, not made from a universal extrusion like others on the
market. There's no other parts to buy in order to make it work in your VW - no
remote regulator, no regulator mount, no hose.
A standard, factory pressure regulator fits directly into our rail and clips in
using the factory clip and o-rings.
The integrated regulator makes for a clean installation without extra fuel
lines to run.
If you choose to run an aftermarket remote pressure regulator, that's clean
and simple, too. Just add our optional clip-in regulator plug and then plumb the
remote regulator at the front of the rail.
The SportTuned Fuel Rail is available in your choice of two finishes: fully
polished or bright red anodized. Each comes with black anodized hose fittings
and ARP® stainless mounting bolts. Our logo is laser engraved. Made in USA.

SamcoSport Blow Off / Diverter Valve for VW/Audi 1.8T & 2.7TT

As the name suggests, a Blow Off, or Diverter Valve, is a mechanical valve that dumps boost pressure that
is trapped between the throttle body and compressor wheel of the turbocharger. This pressure is created when
the throttle is shut off momentarily between gear changes and deceleration. Designed and developed in the early
'80's by German engineers to reduce lag on early turbocharged rally cars, this simple but very effective method
has evolved into much more than just a plastic disposable diaphragm valve.
The plastic type diaphragm diverter valves that are installed on many European performance models are prone
to diaphragm failure with relatively low mileage. SamcoSport have now introduced a Blow Off Valve that are
designed in the U.K. and manufactured on state of the art CNC machines. Only premium quality Aerospace 6061-T6
aluminum is used to ensure optimum performance from every valve. A range of fixed rate stainless steel springs
are supplied to allow for custom boost and idling setups.
The unique twin SamcoSport U-Tec Seals that are fitted inside very piston valve are manufactured from oil
and heat resistant viton. The SamcoSport U-Tec Seal design gives a flexible seal to piston contact area, so
this means a perfect seal even in extreme operating conditions. Commerical o-rings are NOT used. O-rings do not
provide an adequate and acceptable sealing solution for high-performance applications.
All internal springs and external pieces are manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel to prevent
corrosion. Direct fit Installation kits for 1.8T and 2.7TT VW & Audi applications include stainless
steel clamps and silicone hose rated up to 5 bar.
SamcoSport Blow Off / Diverter Valves are available in Black, Blue or Silver and all valves are engraved
with the SamcoSport logo to enhance style and prevent imitation.

Bypass/Diverter Valve

The bypass/diverter valve for 1.8T motors is intended to recirculate pressurized intake air when the throttle body is closed to prevent the turbo compressor from stalling. The latest "710N" valve, as it is commonly known, helps reduce surging that may occur when modifying your 1.8T's engine. The 710N valve has a 14.4 lb. spring internally rather than an 8.8 lb. spring found in the earlier Golf, Jetta & New Beetle 1.8T motors as well as in all B5 Passat & Audi A4 1.8T applications.
This is the latest version made by Bosch and is used on 2002> transverse 1.8T models. If you own a pre-2002 Golf, Jetta, Beetle 1.8T or any model year B5 Passat or Audi A4 1.8T, consider upgrading to this factory installed remedy.

N75 “J” Valve for 1.8T

The wastegate regulator for 1.8T motors is commonly referred to as the N75 valve. Autotech offers
a direct replacement, factory upgrade for the stock 1.8T N75 valve. Known internally as the “J” valve,
it literally transforms “chipped” cars by smoothing out the annoying surging that many aftermarket chips
are known for. Borrowed from the 225 hp Audi TT, we have seen a 2 psi boost increase on a bone stock 1.8T
simply by upgrading to this valve! Simple to install.
