Parts denoted as stock are original equipment replacement parts replaced by SACHS, just like the ones your car came with. Sport pressure plates have 15% -20% higher clamping pressure than stock and are built sturdier as well. The Sport discs have stiffer torsion centers with bonded and riveted high performance linings, with a steel seperator between the linings that reduces heat soak. MK4 2.0L/1.8T/TDI owners will need to upgrade to 228mm flywheel with this clutch.
